The Handyman is a little different then what you may have seen before. My service is not specific and it’s not meant for everybody, although I’ve done work for hobbyists and rather large companies in the past. I’m not saying I’m everything for everybody far from it I know my limits but I’m also very good at the things I do. I’m honest and I’m reliable, I don’t advertise because I don’t need to as I do the work I want to. I can do that because I earn most of my living from the websites I’ve already created for myself.

Confused yet ? you should be but that’s a good thing because my service is for the confused. Let’s face we all get confused form time to time. When I’m confused I either work my way though it painfully sometimes or find someone to help. At this point, what I do might be getting a bit more clear.

You need to do something but don’t know how, or it’s your first time and you just need some guidance. Someone to hold your hand perhaps and provide help when you call. Advise you on how to start, what to look out for or indeed give an honest opinion of your finished work or advice you’ve been given by others.

On the other hand you might not know where to start and want someone to get you started either doing things for you or pointing you in the right direction. That’s me ! I’m that friend in the know (always have been ever since uni) .  But unlike even your best friends I won’t giggle at what you might think are silly questions, I don’t expect you to know anything. I’ll explain what a domain is and why you should buy one as opposed to another and I’ll provide best buying advice based on your needs or your budget. I’ll tell you things you can do yourself that will save you money but I’ll also give you the option of letting me do it for you at a reasonable cost.

So how do I earn from this service ?  I can use my contacts and experience in the industry where I can. Some of these contact pass on commissions…..hold on ! hold on ! we need to get this clear I won’t force you toward something just because I get a commission. I don’t need to make money that way. The fact is almost all hosts and most software companies offer commissions to affiliates and partners. You as an customer can pay £100 for software. I can perhaps get that same software for you for the same price maybe cheaper. As an affiliate I may receive £10 or even more in commission. You pay no more and I add-on my advice and often even my time for nothing……that how.

A current example of what I can is in some shopping cart licences I current have available. The licences can be used as they are or up upgraded to the newer version should you wish – upgrade costs 50% of the new product price.  So if you wanted a cart I can sell you those licences much cheaper then you can buy them for.

Here’s another example, I also have many Google Adwords discount coupons. Hire me to set-up you first Google Adwords campaign to promote you site and I’ll include a coupon for free Google Adword clicks. This means that you may get my services setting up your campaign free.

So how much does this cost ? Well I have few set fees, mainly because I like to work to your budget but if you tell me you want say…… a simple website hosting, you need a domain, a way to update the content and have it linked into Twitter & Facebook (social networking) and have this set-up ready for your content to be added by you knowing that the site is optimised to take advantage of search engine searches on your topics. Well I say I can do all that for less then £200.

But……….well no,  it’s not a but it’s a plus as I stick with you as long as you want to continue to contact me. Bear in mind I am dyslexic and so although I do take some time to check the above it may still have errors, don’t let that worry you, it’s my site and I don’t create content for yours that’s your job
